Each athlete will receive a personal consultation to construct a personal training program that is optimized to bring about the best results in that individual. Assessment includes athlete development, a nutritional guideline, and personal schedule to track improvements.
One on One Coaching
Each athlete will receive one on one coaching and personal attention in each workout to create a comprehensive individualized training experience often changing the way that one thinks about improving their fitness and performance.
Efficacy in any strength and conditioning program is contingent upon the proper diet. GFMEP fit will provide each athlete with individualized meal plans to optimize the training experience and ensure athletic and fitness goals are met.
Competition breeds excellence. GFMEP fit provides group training to local area high schools as well as to individual clients who wish to train in a group setting.
